Very sunny apartment, close to the metro station (2min walking) and to all the shops on Sainte Catherine (but in a very quiet building!)
I work as a freelance in cinema-tv.
I always let my roommate know about my schedule, especially when I need to wake up super early or sleep during the day. I am looking for someone who can respect that, queer or queer friendly, active, nice, respectful and clean.
In the bedroom, you have a double bed with sheets and pillows, a desk, a chair, a walk in closet, and other drawers.
In the apartment there is an equipped kitchen, with expresso machine, microwave, oven, fridge... etc
We have a balcony with a shed. We also have a laundry room in the appartment with washer and dryer.
In the living room, we have all you need to listen music and watch movies (but no tv), and a nice couch.
Internet is high speed and unlimited.
Possibility to get a bike during your stay.
The bedroom is 250$/week and 550$/month all included.

Jolie chambre meublée dans un appartement très ensoleillé, proche de la station Beaudry (2min de marche) et Berri Uqam ainsi que de tous les magasins sur Ste Catherine. Dans un immeuble très calme !
Dans la chambre vous avez un lit double avec draps et oreillers, un bureau, une chaise, un « walk-in closet » et d'autres rangements.
Dans l'appartement il y a une cuisine équipée, avec four, micro-onde, frigo, machine espresso etc.
Nous avons un très grand balcon avec une remise. Aussi, une salle de lavage dans l'appartement avec laveuse et sécheuse.
Dans le salon, on a tout ce qu'il faut pour écouter de la musique et regarder des films sur grand écran (mais pas d'abonnement tv)
Internet haute vitesse et illimité
Possibilité d'avoir un vélo pendant votre séjour
Je travaille en cinéma. J'informe toujours mon coloc de mes horaires de travail, particulièrement lorsque je dois me lever très tôt ou bien dormir pendant la journée. Je respecte quelqu'un qui respecte cela, queer ou queer friendly, sympa, respectueux et propre.
La chambre est 250$ pour une semaine et 550$ pour un mois.
