I have the second bedroom in my apartment opening up at Delancey and Orchard street in the Lower East Side. Tons of bars and restaurants around, but our particular block is quiet at night. It is around the corner from the Delancey/Essex Street F/M/J trains. Whole Foods is five minutes away, NYU main campus is 15 minutes by walking, NYU Poly is 10-15 minutes by F train. The room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished, complete with flat screen TV and xbox. The bedroom has a closet, large window for light, and can fit a queen sized bed and a dresser. Gals, guys, couples all welcome.
