Bedroom available in nice 2BR appartement north of Central Park

Hi - I am looking for a new roommate as soon as possible.

The apartment is located north of Central Park (on 112th street) in a friendly neighborhood with Laundromat, super markets, banks and post office nearby.
Subway station nearby: 2-3 at 3 minute walk/ B-C less than 10 minute walk and 6 at a 15 minute walk

The sunny room is furnished with a queen size bed, a dressing , a desk and a chair and is located courtside so very quiet.

We will be sharing the rest of the apartment, one bathrooom, living room and kitchen.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and offer lot of lights

The rent rate includes internet and electricity

I am looking for a roommate starting January 15 for 3 months minimum (not short term) - no lease to sign or broker fee.
A security deposit of $1390 is needed to move in
