Bedroom Available in Cute Astoria Apartment

Great room available in gorgeous Astoria! Located off quiet street near busy 30th Ave. The building is about a 5 minute walk to the 30th Ave Subway stop. It is on the third floor of a pre war walkup. The building has lots of charming features such as glass door knobs, original crown molding, marble lobby, etc. There are washer and dryers available in building and video surveillance in and outside the building for safety measures. The room itself is square shaped, around 11 x 11 feet. It has a window though it does face a brick wall (just being honest!). You could easily fit a full/queen bed, dresser, and some other furniture. The shared living room is already fully furnished with TV with basic cable, hulu, Netflix, and hbogo. You will not be required to pay for any of the above mentioned. Utilities are only for internet and electricity equaling around $75-$100 per month total. I have two cats (Fitzgerald and Gatsby) who spend most of their time in the living room. The shared kitchen includes a full size fridge, oven with gas range, microwave, and toaster. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Please feel free to ask if you have any further questions at all!
