THE ROOM
Is a bit more than 100 sq ft. Fully furnished. Standard rectangle-ish. Has 1 window and its own closet!

THE LOCATION
Catch the 14, 9 buses that stop literally right out front. 10 min to UBC on a busy morning 30 to downtown. 99 stop at Alma a 5 min walk, downhill one way. Easy walking to Point Grey Village, Broadway st. Dunbar. If I hit all the stop lights just right I can effortlessly glide my bike down to Jerico Beach.

THE HOME
Built in 1911, the house served as UBC's hunting lodge in its yesteryears. Back when kits was woodland, the house is sits just off the alignment of the adjacent houses. Meaning you'll be looking into a beautiful backyard garden instead of the grubby neighbours toilet. The house is red and recalls a time when beard trotting men wouldn't be caught dead with a man bun and vegetarianism was an affliction. (Not that theres anything wrong with either. You do you.) Oh, how far we've come.

THE INSIDE
The main living space features 100 year old wainscotting, built in bookshelves, a fireplace and 3 stained glass windows. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has a claw footed tub and heated flooring for those oh so chilly mornings. The toilet has its own tiny little room. Washer and dryer is in the unit. Theres also a sweet attic where "Arnold" the apparition lives.

THE OUTSIDE
3/4 of the property is garden which... isn't the best maintained. I hope to make it a summer project. But it's just lovely in the summer time. Dinner & drinks on the patio under the cherry blossom. Yes please.
Theres a detached garage there for all your cold storage needs.

PETS!
Steve the cat like wet tuna and taking up the whole couch. No pigs. It's a long story.

WE
are Caleb, 28 male. Sorta recent master of architecture and current Archintern and meal prep virtuoso. With Brooke, 20 something woman who has a thing for both the Buddha and Darth Vader, and Hannah, 20 something Welsh expat with a penchant for tea.
