[ALL INCLUDED] BEDROOM HRT OF PLATEAU 4RENT !

We need to add the description of the new bedroom that's available : a perfectly bedroomy bedroom, with space, a beautiful renovated window, a bed, a desk, a MIRROR, loads of cool stuff, amazing roommates.

We have one BR for 5 roomies. No problems at all so far.

We share the expenses for general life necessities (from olive oil to toilet paper) and try to make respectful for the environment choices as much as financially possible. We enjoy chilling, cooking good stuff, drinking good stuff, watching good films (one of us has a netflix account and is happy to share it), and we also leave each other some space when needed.
We want a good vibe around the house!

Transportation
10 mins walk to Mt Royal metro / Same to Laurier (ORANGE line)
We are fierce bike riders (soon the cold will calm us down)
I have no idea about the bus rides near here and too lazy to check right now but i'm sure it's great

NEIGHBORHOOD
- We're neighbors to Les Petits Frères shop where you'll find a lot of extremely cheap second-hand treasures that benefit lonely senior people
- We're a 5mins walk of Mt Royal Av and its perfect grocery shops (like Valmont)
- 2 blocks away from Parc Lafontaine
- Less than 10mins away from Parc Laurier (if you run it's closer)
- i don't know what else to say, maybe my joke on harry potter's bedroom didn't make you laugh...

Oh yeah, social life of the roommatery

- we do enjoy partying too sometimes
- the neighbors did not care the last time it happened
- we like to escape on week-end trips and go to awesome places together because we get along
- we have total respect for people who don't drink or smoke or just prefer to meditate instead (wise people welcome)
- we all listen to different types of music and don't practice a dictature of tastes (that ranges from indie rock to house music)
- we try to be generous, with our time and energy, in order to keep a clean, nice to live in, completely maniac house (but hey it's nice that when you open the fridge the handle is not sticky but shiny and soft)

yeah I know they're amazing right particularly the ones where I show you various great things with a one-handed thumbs up gesture in the foreground (I like how they did not upload in the right position and I can't fix it, also they're really bad so come and visit the place). Salut, je me présente j'ai 23 ans je suis suisse et étudiante à l'Udem en relations internationales. Je suis respectueuse et ordonnée, j'aime faire la fête et je suis très sociable. Je me dois aussi d'être studieuse, études obligent. Sinon je recherche une coloc du 1 er janvier à au 1er mai. Voila si ca vous intéresse je pourrais venir visiter la maison?
