Beautiful JP Apt Next to the T

Hi all! I'm moving to California, so we're looking for an awesome person to replace me from now until February (with the option to renew the lease). I'm really sad to leave because this apartment is AMAZING.

We are literally next door to the T— it’s practically our backyard.

We have awesome and friendly maintenance that shows up promptly. Management in the building is very responsive.

We live on the top floor with a great view of the Boston skyline.

Bedroom available has its own temperature control and two windows, walk-in closet, great view of the Boston skyline (you can see Prudential!).

There is lots of closet space throughout the apartment— and tons of coat hangers to boot!

ABOUT YOUR ROOM:

Your room has two windows (including a view of the Boston skyline— you can see Prudential!) and a walk-in closet. You can easily fit in a queen-sized bed, dresser, desk, end table, etc.

You will share the bathroom with one other (very tidy) person.

The room is $980. Utilities are highest in the winter and amount to $25/person (we live in an energy efficient building, which is why the cost is so low). Internet is $13.50/person.

THE AREA:

We live in Jamaica Plain, just a ten minute T-ride from Back Bay and a half a mile from the cutest little area— imagine J.P. Licks is just a short walk away!

We are a block away from a Stop & Shop, half a mile from Whole Foods, and two miles from Trader Joe’s.

We feel totally comfortable in this area. My roommate runs alone at all hours of the day and has never felt unsafe.

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES:

We have a great roommate environment. We are very clean and respectful of each other’s space and schedules (in terms of sharing the bathroom, kitchen, etc. in the morning). We share kitchen supplies and cooking oils and spices, but have our own designated spaces in the fridge and cupboards.

We occasionally go out as well and like to share a bottle of wine sometimes.

Roommate #1: She’s very friendly and loves to hear about your day. She’s from Maine and works in community health. She in her mid-20s. She’s always down to grab some takeout or some margaritas. She’s very clean and respectful. She loves sports and animals. If you want to watch sports games, she’s the one to do it with!

Roommate #2: She’s very outgoing and leads an active social life, but is always respectful of the common space. She’s in her early 20s. She is VERY clean— actually LOVES cleaning. She is a young professional who works in environmental insurance. She loves wine and makes delicious smoothies. She’s also from Maine! She would love a running or yoga partner, so if you’re into either of those things, you’ve found the right place!
