Awesome room for rent in the heart of Le Plateau

Hello / Bonjour! Unfortunately I have to leave this beautiful city at the end of the year, and therefore am sub-letting my room in the heart of Le Plateau. Only a 30 second walk to Romado's (as if that isn't reason enough to rent this room), 5 minute walk to the bus to HEC, UdeM, Poly and McGill and 10 minute walk to Station Mont-Royal on the orange line.

Lease is until August 31st 2016, with option to renew afterwards. $445 a month, WiFi inclusive but hydro is extra. This is a large 7.5 apartment, with two shared balconies (one has a BBQ, perfect for summer!). This is one of 3 rooms becoming available in January (with the possibility of moving in sooner). Room is furnished, except for the bed, which can be bought for $70.
