Awesome room available in newly renovated apartment in the LES

I'm looking for a roommate to take over my roommate's half of the lease that ends on August 31, 2017 (He's moving to Shanghai for a job). The apartment is completely gut renovated and has great amenities, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, central heat and air, and bike storage/ patio. The apartment is spacious, clean and on the fifth floor of walk up on Delancy and Allen.

The room most likely would come unfurnished (as my roommate hasn't decided if he'll sell anything yet). Your room has two huge windows, can fit a queen bed, night stand, and a desk or dresser, etc. and you'll have a large closet. We will share one bathroom. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. Our living room is fully furnished with a sectional and TV.

Conveniently located steps from the B, D, J and Z trains, the F train at 2nd Avenue

Rent is $1,900 per month, plus utilities. Room available for 11/1 move in date.

I'm 24 years old and work in investment banking. I'm a transplant from California and have been in NYC for about two years. I workout at equinox, like to go out to eat, and go out most weekends, but don't usually bring the party home.
