Nous avons une chambre qui se libère le 15 décembre. La chambre est meublée (bureau - lit double - rangement) et assez spacieuses
et lumineuse.

La coloc est très bien située, à 30 secondes à pieds (pour vrai !) du métro Jean Talon (coin Jean Talon / Saint Denis) et donc proche du marché, des épiceries, du parc Jarry, de la petite Italie ... ! Idéal pour étudiants ou jeunes travailleurs : 10 minutes de l'Université de Montréal et 15 minutes de l'UQAM.

L'appartement est meublé et comprend laveuse et sécheuse, un salon commun et une grande cuisine! Le prix est de 475 $/mois et est tout inclus : Hydro, Internet et même Netflix ! Il est situé au dernier étage et nos voisins du dessous sont des dentistes, donc pas de problème de bruit ;)

Vous partagerez l'appartement avec Maxime (23 ans), étudiant à l'ETS et jongleur (ne t'inquiète pas de voir des balles de jonglage partout ^^), Delphine (26 ans), jeune travailleuse pour un petit organisme, aimant un peu (trop) le vert (mais il y en a que dans sa chambre ^^) et Alexis (23 ans), pvtiste belge fraichement débarqué icitte ;)

We are renting a furnished room starting december 15th. The room is spacious with a large window.
The appartement is located near the Jean Talon market, 30 seconds away from the metro station Jean Talon. It’s perfect for students and young professionals : 10 min away from UdeM and 15 from UQAM.
The apartment is furnished with a washing machine and a dryer, a large living room and a spacious kitchen. The rent is 475$/month, all charges included (unlimited internet and netflix too). Located on the last floor, our neighbor is a dentist cabinet so feel free to listen to your music at night.
Other roomates are Max, 23, student at the ÉTS, Delphine, 26, working in an NGO, and Alexis, the newly arrived, from Belgium.
