Bonjour,
je loue ma chambre dans un grand appartement downtown à 2 mn de la station McGill (ligne verte). L’appartement fait parti d’une résidence étudiante (très calme), ce qui permet d’avoir accès à la salle de sport illimité, salle de jeux, salle de cinema. La résidence bénéficie d’un service de reception, et de sécurité la nuit.

L’appartement est tout inclus : climatisation, laveuse/sécheuse (à l’étage), lave-vaisselle, internet, toute la literie et le nécessaire cuisine (réfrigérateur, four, grille-pain, micro-onde, assiettes, etc.).

Parfait pour les personnes voulant simplement poser leurs valises. La chambre est disponible à partir du 28 Juin jusqu’au 1er Septembre. Le loyer est de $650/mois tout inclus (hydro, internet, etc).  
Situé en plein centre ville sur Saint Catherine, à 2 minutes de Place des Arts, 5 mn de McGill, 10 mn de Concordia.

PS : Il y a de forte chance pour que vous bénéficiez de l’appartement seul.

I’m renting my room in a large appartement downtown, 2 minutes away from McGill metro station (green line). The appartement is in a student residency (very quite), which allows unlimited access to the gym, game room and movie room. Also the residency has a reception and security service at night.

The appartement is all included : air conditioning, washer/dryer (on the floor), dishwasher, internet, all bedding and kitchenware (fridge, oven, toaster, microwave, plates, etc.).

It is perfect for people who just want to arrive with their stuff. The room is available from June the 28th until September the 1st. The rent is $650/mois including everything (hydro, internet,etc.).
Located in the heart of downtown on Saint Catherine, 2 minutes from Place des Arts, 5 minutes from McGill, 10 minutes from Concordia.

PS: There is a good chance that you will get the entire apartment for yourself.
