I am looking for someone that is friendly, clean and doesn't mind conversation! The apartment has all the amenities needed along with some very rewarding perks:

- Rooftop with a great view! Remodeled this year.
- Gym in building
- Lounge
- Literally steps away from the R,W,2,3,4,5,A,C

I have the option of providing my room completely furnished! If you are interested in this option we will need to discuss an increase in pricing per month but I will be happy to work around your financial needs! Also an option to purchase individual pieces.

If you enjoy this apartment this is an option to resign at the end of the lease! That would be completely up to you !

This is the best buildings I've lived in and trust me, I've moved around Manhattan a lot!!
