Amazing Room(s) Right Next to the T

Two of my lovely roommates will be moving out of my apartment by January 31st (one of them by January 1st), at which point I'll be renewing the lease to my apartment.

The apartment is AWESOME. It's literally right on the Orange Line less than a minute walk away from Jackson Square Station in JP. It takes about 15 minutes or less to get into the city. It's a 3 BR/2 BA unit on the 7th floor with a full kitchen, spacious living room and hardwood floors. The building is 2 years old and is in great condition. Laundry is IN THE UNIT (which is the most amazing thing).

Other perks: dishwasher, garbage disposal, no pests, gym in the building, garbage chute right down the hall and pet-friendly.

Internet is $40/month (so $14 each) and utilities are never usually more than around $70 (so $23 each).

This apartment is AMAZING esp for the price and the building usually has a waiting list so this is a great way to sneak in.

A bit about me: I'm a 23 year old young professional female working at an ad agency in Boston. I love animals, wine, and traveling. I'm very friendly and would love it if my roommate/s liked to chat too (not a requirement, but always a plus!). I'm not a big partier, but I do like going out occasionally with friends. I don't have people over often, but when I do it's always very relaxed. I also love to cook and I'll definitely let you try whatever I'm making :)
