We have 1 big room in our 5 bed/1 bathroom mansion on the beautiful Plateau available from the 5th of June.
We are looking for a roommate who is laid-back but knows how to live in harmony with others

ABOUT US

We are 2 girls, from France and Switzerland, and 2 boys from Portugal and France. We are entrepreneurial go-getters by day, and superheroes by night (I can read minds, but only my own, and only sometimes).
• We are not a party house, but we enjoy a good party or sitting down and having 1 or 2 (sometimes accidentally, dozen) drinks together
• We completely respect your life choices: for example if you choose not to drink or smoke (unpretentious scholars welcome)
• We share the expenses of daily necessities (from olive oil to oil et paper) and we will hold 'housemate meetings' from time-to-time to ensure we are all happy
• We may do things together (weekend trips, spend time together, silently lament quality cheese scarcity) but you will have your personal space as you require it
• You are always welcome (and encouraged) to be yourself so long as you understand that we all share that same right

Above all we want a good vibe around the house!

• 97 Walk score; everything within walking distance:
• Public Transport: Station Mont-Royal or Station Laurier (Orange line) are 10minutes walk away.
• Supermarkets and grocery stores (metro, val-mont, L'intermarché, Dollarama, le SAQ)
• Restaurants, bars, cafes (up and down Ave Mont-Royal)
• Parks (Parc Laurier, Parc Lafontaine) and gyms
• If you need to find anything nearby -- just ask
• We're neighbors to Les Petits Frères shop where you'll find a lot of extremely cheap second-hand treasures that benefit lonely senior people
