A very cozy room to rent for the winter semester

We are currently 4 roommates but 2 are leaving in December. Therefore we are looking for 2 awesome roommates ! We speak French English and Spanish. The house has a spacious kitchen open on a dining room, 4 rooms and in the basement a living room with a little bar (fridge and table). There's a garage in which you can put a bike, a scooter, and a car. The apartment is located near a lot of convenient stores: 2 min walk to Metro for the groceries, 1 min to the SAQ, 3 to Jean Coutu pharmacy and Pharmaprix, 2 to few small depaneurs, 4 to Couche Tard and a lot of small places to grab something to eat (pizza, lebanese food, chinese food, coffee shops, and a super good vegan restaurant). Besides, it is just a 4 min walk to the Snowdon subway station (on the blue and orange line) and a 2 min walk to the 51 bus stop (direct to go to UdeM and HEC). It is 15 min away from UdeM by bus, 25 min away from Concordia and 30 min from McGill. Furthermore, you are just on the Decarie street that goes directly to the airport so it is very convenient when you need to take a flight and cheaper in taxi.
