A very cool and cozy room for rent in UQAM/The Village

Hey there,

My name is Konstantin and will be subletting my room while I am on an exchange next semester. the rent price includes:
- Full kitchen: oven and stove, big fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, utensils. Also washer and dryer.
- Internet, big TV and cable set. Also a great Bose sound system and a PS3 with quite a few games (if you’re into that).
- Hydro, Heating and Electricity
- 1 very spacious outdoor patio with a big table & 6 chairs, and a BBQ.
- 1 bathroom and 2 toilets
- A very big storage space, connected to the patio.
- 2 intelligent/respectful/cool/chill/funny/talented roommates who will make your Montreal experience that much better. Their names are Sonny and Tony and they both go to McGill (like me)
About the room, which I am subletting:
- Fully furnished (including clean bed sheets, pillows and tallows) – you don’t have to worry for bringing your own.
- Has a very comfy double-size bed.
- Also a giant closet where you can easily fit all your stuff.
- Study desk with a night lamp and a chair.
More about the location:
- Less than a minute walk from Université du Québec à Montréal and Berri-UQAM metro station, which is 2 stops away from McGill University, and 25-30 min away from Concordia University.
- The neighborhood is one of the most vibrant areas of downtown Montreal, with numerous restaurants, bars, clubs, as well as all kinds of stores, gym, etc.
