A Sunny, Furnished Bedroom in a 3 Bdr Apartment

I have one bedroom available in my 3-bedroom apartment, 5 mins from SFU, preferably for an SFU student. FEMALES PREFERRED.
Available May 1 until the end of August (with possibilities to extend).

Rent is $550/month.

This is what we offer you: (included in the monthly rent)

- close to the #135, #160 bus stops that take you to downtown in approx. 30-45 mins and a 10 min bus ride to a skytrain station

What we are looking for:
-Someone who is ok living with a CAT.
-Someone who cleans up after themselves and is generally tidy.
-Someone who enjoys travelling and loves to share their travelling stories.
-Someone who likes to socialize with roommates. We occasionally enjoy cooking, sharing meals and watching movies together. If you are the type of person who has a hard time sharing or prefers to be left alone in your bedroom, then this is not the place for you.

Basically, we aim for a positive, friendly, clean and relaxed atmosphere in the apartment. A place where you feel at home and are happy to come home to after a long day of work.

You would be living with a cat and two very friendly female roommates. Both are in their mid twenties - one works for SFU and the other one is a student at SFU. We also enjoy having gatherings, as well as a quiet and clean space for living and studying.

Sorry - no parties in the apartment and NO COUPLES.
