Je cherche un.e coloc pour le premier janvier pour partager mon grand, lumineuse, 4.5 dans le Plateau/ Centre Sud.
Le loyer est 490$ tout inclu (hydro, chauffage, internet), et la chambre est assez grande, meublée (ou pas) avec une fenêtre et une garde de robe. L'appart est sur le troisième étage et il a 2 balcons, un avec une très belle vue de la ville et les montagnes. C'est prêt de métros frontenac et Papineau la 24 Sherbrooke, et il y a plein petits épiceries, restos, et cafés pas loin. La rue est sympatique et tranquille.
Je suis une femme cis queer de 35 ans, une artiste, étudiante et ébéniste. J'aime cuisiner, jouer de la musique et travailler avec les plantes medicinales. Je cherche quelqu'un.e qui est mature, calme, et independent, qui aime partager la bouffe et les répas de temps en temps. Un dynamique assez collective est important pour moi, ainsi des practiques anti-oppressive, et de la bonne communication.

Looking for a roommate for January 1st to share my big, bright 4.5 in the Centre Sud. The rent is $490 all included (heat, hydro, internet), and the room is a good size, furnished (or not), with a window and a closet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 5 plex and has 2 balconies, one with a great view of the south end of the city and the mountains in the distance. There is a washing machine, a claw-foot tub, a record player and some stringed instruments. Lots of little grocery stores, cafés, parks, skating rinks in the area. Close to metro Frontenac, Papineau and the 24 bus on Sherbrooke.
I'm a 35 year old queer cis woman, artist, student and woodworker. I also play music, love cooking, and working with medicinal plants. I am looking who is mature, calm, clean and independent, but who also enjoys engaging in the space, sharing food, and meals from time to time. A home environment which is somewhat collective is important to me. Strong communication and a good handle on anti-oppressive politics are also things I strive to build into my home dynamics.
