Rent is $850/ month for a fully furnished private room. Shared bathroom with one person. Rent includes hydro and internet (tv not included or upon request). In suite washer and dryer. Building also has a gym, roof top garden (perfect for summer and spring) and an entertainment room available to all residents with a pool table. Residential gated parking available.
There's 3 rooms in the apartment, you will be sharing the bathroom with a girl, so females might be preferred, but anyone is welcome!
