Le centre ville est le quartier le plus dynamique de Montréal, et est très nord-américain avec ses nombreuses tours. On y trouve aussi 3 des universités montréalaises, McGill, l'UQAM et Concordia. C'est donc pratique d'y vivre car elles sont toutes à distance de marche, ou sur une ligne de métro. On peut y trouver la plupart des grandes boutiques sur la rue Ste-Catherine, de même que plein de restaurants, bars, fast food, musées... Le centre ville est à la frontière du Plateau, parfait y faire un tour avec des amis en soirée, et jouxte le Mont-Royal, le plus beau parc de la ville. Les transports en commun sont très présents et ce qui permet ainsi d'éviter de marcher de longs trajets dans le froid en hiver
