$480 room to rent in east van

We have a medium sized room to rent in our conveniently located home.

The house is located 2 blocks away from Joyce sky train, less than half a block from the number 19 bus stop on Kingsway and around a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and liquor store as well as many restaurants in the area.

The house its self is very large. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, big back garden+ porch, laundry room and large living/dining room as well as lots of closets and storage space for bikes, kayaks etc...
and we also have 2 working fireplaces

There are 6 of us living here in total and 1 soon to move out making the room available. Of The ones that are left we are in the age range from 23 to 30. Jess, Adam, Thomas, Phil, Matt and Karen who will be leaving at the end of the month. We also have a cat called Wilson

We all work in construction so generally week nights are quiet as we are all getting up around 5am. So noise is a thing we try to keep down after a certain time during the week. However there's the quite frequent get togethers for beers during the week and the odd poker game here and there. So it is by no means a strict quiet place to live. And on the weekends its pretty much anything goes. Most people drink at the house and cut loose and we throw a party every couple of months. Were not a party house nor are we strict and dull. Its pretty much a relaxed respectful fun clean environment

Room comes basically furnished (double bed, desk and built in wardrobe) if you have your own furniture we can just store the bed and desk.

Room is $480 a month +expenses

Room is available either the 23rd or the 1st of December
Rolling month to month contract
DD required
