Hello, Bonjour, Hola :-)

We are a couple (French and Spanish, 27 and 32 years old), living in a 4 rooms flat and we are looking for 2 roommate to share it. We are passionate about travels, music (especially world music), and art in general and we love to cook together. We are looking for a friendly person to spend time with, share meals and good moments ! We like hosting our friends and would like to meet yours too ;) Couples are accepted.

The flat is half basement and has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, an open plan, nice living room, and a private backyard. (see photos)

It is located at 4815 Rue St Urbain in the Plateau at the border of Mile-End, less than 10 minutes from the metro (Laurier or Mont-Royal), and in front of a bus stop (line 55). There are also many shops and facilities around.
The room is available from May 1st and the rent is 450$/month (facilites, electricity and internet included).
