420 & LGBTQ+ Friendly Apartment in Lower Allston.

Hello All! I still have one bedroom left in an amazing 3 bedroom apartment in Lower Allston on Sept. 1st. (utilities are not included, and when split come to around 80-100$ a person depending on the season). There is no off-street parking, but we do have the 66 bus on the corner, and are also less than a 10 minute walk from the 86/70/64 buses (15 minute walk to the B Line/20 minute walk to Harvard).

With central air, two sizable porches, a dishwasher and (coin-op) laundry in the basement, this apartment is great for 420 & cat-friendly young(ish) professionals who enjoy occasional, low-key gatherings. A healthy balance of responsible and laid back is appreciated, as is an interest in witchy things/the occult, social justice issues, and 90's television/pop culture.

First, last, and security (as well as a credit check) is needed to move in. You are allowed to have a co-signer if your student loan debt still haunts you!!
