3br loft in Dudley Sq (Roxy/S End border)

Hi there! I'm searching for two young professionals to join me in renting a 2-floor, 3 br/1 bath loft in the final stages of renovation. The place is spectacular: it boasts large windows, an industrial-style spiral staircase, new kitchen appliances, central air, and a large living room. The Ruggles Station T is a 10-minute walk, the Silver Line two blocks away, and there's free parking in a lot across the street.

I'm a 25-yo male, three years out of college, working at an environmental engineering consultancy in the area. In my time off, I enjoy playing cello, fencing, exploring the lesser-known corners of the city, and hunting down good eats. LGBT friendly.
