Each is brightly lit with it's own window, and one has its own balcony. The apartment features hardwood floors, high ceilings, entrance with skylight and closet, bathroom, living room with glass-windowed doors, and a large kitchen with balcony. Utilities and internet included in rental price. Street parking available.

About the neighbourhood: NDG is a diverse neighbourhood with tree lined streets, all sorts of amenities and generally chill vibes.
- Getting around: the apartment is 5 minute walk from Vendome metro, 105 and 24 buslines; 20 minutes from downtown and all major universities
- Wonderful selection of supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, shops in NDG and nearby Westmount commercial strips
- Bike path, Great parks (Girouard nearby has baseball diamond, skating in winter), neighbourhood YMCA.

The household is multilingual (HT/FR/EN) and LGBTQIA2+ friendly.

Looking to lease ideally from January 1 to June 30, no pets allowed unfortunately.
