3-bed Brooklyn Duplex Apt - BedStuy

Hey everyone,

Looking for at least one roommate for this really sweet 3-bed duplex apartment in Brooklyn. Basically I have one of the rooms and am helping the realtor fill at least one of the rooms because I need a home asap. MOVE IN JULY 1.

As for the apartment. It's two floors! Newly renovated with a backyard. Has a nice little kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and also has 1.5 bathrooms and a washer/dryer combo on the bottom floor. I've seen many places and this one is very unique and quite gorgeous. Also two blocks from a large park and a few blocks from the G train.

And as for me, I'm a 30y/o male. I work full time in the film industry as a camera tech for a rental house in manhattan. I have a 6yr old Bulldog named Rocky. So potential roomies need to be pet friendly. Check out the pics and please contact me if you're interested!

Hey guys,

There is a glitch in the price...it keeps fluctuating on it's own. Just to be clear there are two rooms available in this 3-bed apartment. They are going for $875 and a slightly larger second room is going for $950.
