Looking for a 3rd roommate in this beautiful house right near Jamaica Pond! It is located on a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined street leading right to Centre St. It is a multifamily home, but our partition is a duplex with 3 bedrooms (upstairs), 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit, kitchen, living room, deck, and backyard.

Move in 9/1, but can be slightly flexible with that date (nothing before). Depending on the room you would want, rent is $930 or $940/month. First and Last month's rent to sign on to the lease.

The two existing tenants are myself and my friend Emma. We are both very clean and tidy people, and looking for someone similar! Emma does have a lovely dog named Layla, a malamute on the larger side, but who is totally sweet and loving!
