2nd floor apartment of house 15 minutes from midtown.

Hi, I'm looking for a roommate for my new apartment in Weehawken. It's 15 minutes to manhattan via a bus that runs every 3 minutes, 24-7. Nice skyline view, Free parking if you have a car. Super safe neighborhood, I currently live a few houses down the street and always feel safe walking home at night. Big Backyard, and big basement for storage/whatever, big living room and dining room, small office room and pantry room. Big bedrooms and closets. Heat, AC, dishwasher, and possibility of washing/drying machines. I am a musician who is respectful of other peoples space (and my own noise levels) and also work in marketing. I am relatively easy going, but don't throw a lot of parties. I really love this apartment, and want to find a roommate who will also love it too. The photos are from the current tenants, so the furnishings/cleanliness will be different once I move in.
