Rent is $700/mo + utilities (gas, electric and comcast -- avg $75 per person/ month depending on season).

Remaining roommate (me) -- 22 year old female nursing student at UMass Boston in my final year. I'm a super friendly, clean and organized roommate! I'm typically lowkey & busy during the week studying and then go out with friends or have friends over on the weekends! I thought I had some friends moving in but it fell through so I'm really trying to find people to fill the spots in this awesome apartment!
