2 rooms to rent in a beautiful flat at Plateau Mont-Royal

Hi future flat mate,

We are two French boys studying engineering (ÉTS Montréal), we are looking for2 people to rent with us a 6 1/2 close to Mont-Royal metro station on the orange metro line. The rooms are available in May, 1st and April, 27th. We would like to live in an international shared apartment. That’s why, foreign English-speaking people would be better but not compulsory

Just a step from Du Mont-Royal Avenue, one of the main arteries of the plateau, you will find, near to the apartment, a terrific range of original boutiques, along with restaurants and cafés. Moreover, quick access to Mont-Royal metro station will allow you to not freeze your ass off during winter !

About the apartment, it was renovated one year and half ago. The 4 bedrooms are equipped of double bed. The kitchen is fully furnished (fridge, hotplates, microwave, oven, vessels, washing and drying machines, ironing board). The bathroom is clean and functional. And a garden is available to have fun with friends and enjoy the sunshine.

One room will be available in May, 1st at 450$ and the other in April, 27th at 500$. Added to this price, Wi-Fi and electricity have to be divided by 4 (around 20$ by month per person).
Julian and I are open-minded people, outgoing and respectful. We also like sport (non-smokers) and we especially love to enjoy life. Have fun with friends, go to parties and meet people. We would like to live in a friendly shared apartment, in which we could enjoy and make friends.
