2 roomies looking for a 3rd to join. JULY 1

Looking for a 3rd roomie who is open-minded, laid back, and preferably clean. Male or Female. Preferably for 6 months or 12 months. 420 friendly.

My friend Sinan and I have a lease starting July 1(2016) in a 4 bedroom apartment.
We prefer to only have 3 occupants and plan to leave one bedroom as an office, study, home theater, studio or chill room. The apartment has a full kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom with a sink, and another room with a shower and a sink. The apartment also has a massive terrace with a BBQ (great summer vibes).

The photos seen are from when we went to see the place (We move in July 1) So the furniture will be updated. The pictures don't do justice... the terrace is the selling point of the apartment.

The apartment is located in Griffintown, only a 10 minute walk to the downtown Concordia University Campus. About a 20 minute walk to Mcgill Campus.
