Hi all! We are looking for 1 roommates to sublease 1 huge bedroom in our awesome 5-bedroom fully furnished apartment located on the corner of Sherbrooke and Coloniale from July 1st to August 21st (Flexible).

• Only 15 min walk from McGill and downtown
• Saint-Laurent and Sherbrooke metro stations are 5 min walk
• Close to all the great restaurants, bars and clubs on Saint-Laurent and Saint-Denis streets
• Provigo is 8 min walk, deps close-by
• Bus lines 55, 24 and 129 close-by

The room is huge and furnished with a double bed, a desk and a dresser with drawers. Rent is ONLY $500 excluding utilities (about $40 tops). Washer and dryer in the apartment. 1,5 bathrooms with an additional toilet. Huge kitchen with all the appliances. Cosy living room with two couches.

We are three easy-going students from France in their early 20’s, attending Polytechnique for our Master’s degree. We are all very clean and respectful, have had several awesome flatshares all over the world in the past, and do enjoy sharing a drink (or 2) during the week and more the weekend out of exams periods.
