2 chambres dans une coloc de 5 personnes

My roommates and I are looking for two new roommates from August 15th.

We are three French students doing a master degree at ETS School. We love sport, good food, and nights out… But we can also be quiet when needed :). So do not hesitate to get in touch if interested!

We offer two furnished rooms (Bed, Desk, Wardrobe…) including charges, electricity & internet in a 100m2 bright apartment.
- The biggest room is 650$
- The other one is 550$

The apartment is located 1470 rue Fullum, 500 meters away from Papineau Station (Green Line). There are many commodities around such as Supermarket, Post office, pharmacy, swimming pool… It’s 15 minutes walk to Berry Uqam, animated center of Montreal. Just bring your luggage!

The appartment was entirely renovated 2 years ago and has a kitchen opened onto the living room, a bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer. A balcony gives access to the kitchen.

Mes colocs et moi recherchons 2 colocataires à partir du 15 août.

Nous sommes 3 étudiants français à la maitrise à l’ETS. On aime le sport, la bonne cuisine et les soirées… Mais on sait aussi rester calme et sérieux quand il le faut :). N’hésite pas à nous contacter !

Nous proposons 2 chambres entièrement meublées (Lit, bureau, commode…) tous frais inclus dans un bel appartement de 100m²
-La plus grande chambre est à 650$
-La seconde chambre est à 550$

Le loyer comprend les charges, internet illimité haut débit. Aucun frais caché tu n’as qu’à poser tes valises !

L’appartement est situé au 1470 rue Fullum, à 500m du métro Papineau (Ligne verte). Il y a aussi à proximité : supermarché, bureau de poste, pharmacie, piscine… Il est situé à 15 minutes à pieds de Berry Uqam, le coin animé de Montréal.

L’appartement a été entièrement rénové il y a 2 ans, il possède une cuisine ouverte sur le salon et une salle de bain avec laveuse et sécheuse. Un balcon donne aussi accès à la cuisine.
