I’m looking to sublet one room in a 3-bedroom apartment in Somerville for the months of July and/or August. We are a 9 minute walk from the Davis Square T stop and a 5 minute walk from Teele and Powderhouse Squares. The apartment is quiet, sunny, and spacious, with lots of amenities: new kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, 1.5 living rooms, free laundry located in the basement, balcony, and backyard for grilling. There is one parking spot included and plenty of street parking nearby. Bedroom is available fully furnished with full-sized bed, desk, bureau, and closet, but possible to remove furniture if desired. Roommates are one male and one female young professionals in late 20s/early 30s. Rent is $1000/month + utilities but is potentially available on a prorated basis depending on move-in date. Landlord asks that you share a credit report with him for approval prior to moving in.
