Hello!

I have a room to sublet for August (July negotiable and prorated) with possible option to extend lease into next year. The room is quite spacious and has three large windows that get great sunlight. Its single bedroom in a 4 Bedroom /1 Bathroom. There is a kitchen and living room as well. Laundry is in the building, we are about a 10 minute walk from Lechmere, 15 from Central, 15 from Kendall/MIT. There is buses nearby as well. There is a supermarket (5min), Liquor store (5min), Inman Sq (lots of bars and restaurants, 5min), Kendall (10-15 min), MIT (15 min), Harvard (25 min).

You would be living with one cat and two guys and one girl (all recent college graduates, great people really easy going).

Utilities are separate and usually around 20 dollars per month. I have furniture (bed, dresser, desk, shelf, night stand) I can leave as well if you would like.
