We are on the 4th floor walk up.
We control our own heat and air conditioning,
Brand new building so everything is fresh and new.
We made this apartment the most cozy and nicely decorated where you could feel
The Kitchen is furnished with everything you would imagine to cook ( we love cook )
Living Room come with large TV and access to Netflix-Hulu-HBO

1500$ + Utilities about 75$ each month ( gaz-heat-wifi-cleaning supplies)
Sunny bedroom with two large windows and access to fire escape.
Wall closet .
Can fit Full/Queen bed, wardrobe or small furniture. Bed can stay but I take over all bedroom furniture.

The Roomates :
Two girls in their mid 20’, very clean, chill and fun to hang out with . Love cook during the weekend and go out for drink in the area.
Very respectful of common space and your privacy.
