$1250 LARGE (SHARED) ROOM WITH BATH & WALK IN CLOSET in SOMA / south beach

Hey there San Franciscans --We're sad two of our roommates are leaving, but
good news for you, we're renting a great room for share in our two bedroom apartment
in SOMA Square! It is large enough to fit two full size beds, two desks, a TV, 2 drawers and still have enough room to move around comfortably. $1,250 to share the room with 1 other guy.

The room has a large closet, a private bathroom, two outside closets in your hallway which has a door separating the hallway to your room for added privacy.

You'll be sharing with a 24 y/o male, who will be studying and working in data science at Galvanize. Your other roommates are two young working professionals. Pals from college/fraternity. One of us is a Yelper, the other a recent programmer from Galvanize, and Simba (a lovely white Shiba Inu).

The building has a beautiful rooftop that oversees San Francisco's skyline,
a fully equipped gym, hot tub, swimming pool, and a quiet study room with
free wifi. Good news to laundry haters, the laundry room is right in front of
our apartment.

A three minute walk away from Yerba Buena, MoMa, along with the hundreds of big companies around (LinkedIn, Yelp, Salesforce,Wikipedia, etc.), the building's location is
practically unparalleled.

We have a great environment in our household and are looking for someone
to share it with!
