I'm getting married and moving out of state, so I'm looking for a stable guy to sub-lease my room. It's in a nice, Upper West-Side, modern apartment on w101st St between Central Park West and Manhattan Ave. Available immediately. The lease is up at the end of March 2016, giving you the option to stay or move out. It's in a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment. The rent is $1,100 per month.

The building has an elevator, the apartment is on the 6th floor (top floor), so no neighbors above. The room has its own thermostat and heater, so you can keep the temperature however you like it. You will never have to wait for a bathroom, there are 3 full bathrooms in the apartment with modern fixtures. There is an in-apartment washer/dryer, new kitchen w/ brushed aluminum appliances to include a gas stove, dishwasher, full fridge, and plenty of cooking potential. The room has a closet, and there is a furnished living room with a skylight. The entire apartment was gutted and completely rebuilt before we moved in March 2015, so it is nice and new--white marble floors, modern bathroom fixtures, etc.

Less than a block from Central Park, a 3 minute walk from the 103rd St B,C train, and close to the super-efficient 96th St 1,2,3 station. Looking for someone to stay there at least through the end of the lease in March 2016. Electricity and internet bills will be split 5 ways. You will have 4 pretty chill roommates. 3 of the guys are professionals working in midtown, 1 of the guys is a graduate student at Columbia.

I am styling student at FIT and I need a room from April 18th to June 6th. I am already living in NY but my lease ends in April. Let me know if you this works for you, i am very interested and I would like to visit the apt.
