I found this little gem right on Harvard street, 5min away from Central and I am looking for two awesome housemates to rent two rooms in this 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with me.

Both are $1075/month and share one bathroom (the two up right in the layout). It is in a great building and the apartment is very spacious, lot of sunlight and totally furnished. Both rooms are pretty well-sized and some of the furniture are available to sale in them. Don't pay too much attention to the pictures of the rooms, they are pretty old but the apartment is way more cozy now !

Move-in can happen as early as August 1 for one of the rooms and September 1 for the second one. The lease will run until september 2017.

• Building has an elevator
• Around $30 for utilities (electricity, wifi) as heat and hot water are included in the rent
• Kitchen with built-in convection/microwave oven and electric stove top, dishwasher
• Bike parking in the building, you can rent a spot for a car but there is plenty of on-street parking
• No realtor's fee, last month and deposit are required for move-in
And ... no furry friends, sorry !

About me:
I am 25 year old young professional male from France. I work in Finance in a Biotech Company from 9 to 6 Monday-Friday. With my new rommates (maybe you !) I would like to sometimes cook dinner together, drink a glass of wine or a beer, watch movies or TV, explore Boston, etc! Basically get to know each other and have good times!
