1 Room in Fairview Slopes

Hey Vancouver. I have a two bedroom place here that I've been living in for just about five years. It's on the 5th floor and faces North overlooking False Creek and downtown. It's spacious (actually) and bright (actually), has in suite laundry, dishwasher and a nice sized kitchen. Plenty of closet space as well as a storage locker downstairs. There is a secured underground parking garage. Hydro and internet are not included in rent.

I work a standard Mon-Fri schedule in IT currently. I'm also a photographer, seriously into musics, cycling, hockey, reading and various other whims that put my time in a decent balance between being home and being out and about.

It'd be great to find a roommate with some common interests but it's more important for me to find someone who appreciates and respects our space and who comes ready to put effort in to making it a better place for both of us to live. It would be cool to me if you were open to sharing the occasional healthy meal and bonus if you are vegetarian as I am making that a goal for myself.

A prospective roommate will be subject to a credit check by my landlord/property management. A 1 year co-signed lease (with me) will be required and the agreement will be month-to-month thereafter.
