1 room in duplex penthouse w/ 2roof decks, laundry & amazing transport!

Hi all! My brother has a free room in his apartment so I'm moving in with him and looking for an amazing replacement to join a beautiful penthouse apartment in South/East Williamsburg!

THE APARTMENT:
The penthouse unit located on Meserole st and Union. Recently renovated building.
Perfect location, 1 min from G train (Broadway), 4 min from JMZ (Hewes/Lorimer) and 7 min from L train (Lorimer). Multiple grocery stores across the street.
The triplex is shared with 5 roommates in their 20's. International vibe with mix of Irish, Belgian, US and chill atmosphere.
The apartment has a modern and fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, along with 2 outdoor decks, 1 barbecue, and laundry in the apartment.
Most of us enjoy cooking, eating, chilling together after our differently scheduled days, but everyone also has their own life and privacy.

THE ROOM:
The room is located on the south side, offering a wide view and filled with light and sun throughout day, plus a killer view of those amazing NY sunsets as pictured. It easily fits a full-size bed, has a built in closet and would also fit in another closet (as pictured) or dresser or a small desk.
The room will be unfurnished, however if you'd like the extra freestanding closet (pictured) I'm happy to sell it for $75 - it's brand new but I honestly don't want to have to move it!

YOU:
An awesome(!), reliable, stable/employed, chill, and fun person in his/her mid 20's, who is pleasant, clean and respectful.
We're looking for someone to remain in the house through the end of the lease in August (although you won't have to sign the lease - possibility to sign a new lease then), so long term only.

We take turns with a partner cleaning the common areas of the house, so you won't mind doing this once every three weeks to keep things tidy.

Ideally you have amazing stories, secret skills, you are an expert on the grill/BBQ, or whatever else.
The house has a friendly, relaxed vibe, and we want someone who is going to contribute to the feeling of the house.

(No pets sadly - one housemate is allergic, no couples please)

THE DEAL:

Monthly rent is $1250.
The desired move in day is 15 March but my move out is pretty flexible so if you need to move in earlier/ later we might be able to figure something out. ,The total for moving in is 1st month rent (which we can pro-rate if it's mid month) plus $1000 for the security deposit.

This is a really good value for what you're getting in this neighborhood.

Viewings/open house will be held this weekend (5th, 6th March)
