House: It's a large downtown house with 2 large living rooms and a big 17x50ft backyard - perfect for summer BBQs and having friends over. There are laundry machines on the 2nd floor and there are more kitchen appliances than we know what to do with.
Roommates: The house is currently occupied by 3 guys, whom are graduated, working professionals commuting into the core and are trying to save up for increasingly difficult downpayments on future houses
Pets: The house is pet-friendly. There is currently 1 dog in the house. (She is a 4 year old border collie mix).
Neighbourhood: It's very up and coming. There are lots of great bars like Blood Brothers Brewery, Greater Good and Paradise Grapevine Winery all 1 minute walks away. There is a Freshco 5 mins walk away. There is a trinity bellwoods-esque park around the corner. Most importantly there is a North of Brooklyn pizzeria down the street as well.
