We are a couple (French and Spanish, 28 and 34 years old), and another girl (32) living in a 4 rooms flat and we are looking for 1 roommate to share it for May 1st. We are passionate about travels, music (big record collection - especially world music), and art in general. We are looking for a friendly person to spend time with, share meals and good moments! We like hosting our friends and would like to meet yours too ;)
The flat is half basement and has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, an open plan, nice living room, and a private backyard. (see photos)
It is located at 4815 Rue St Urbain in the Plateau at the border of Mile-End, less than 10 minutes from the metro (Laurier or Mont-Royal), and in front of a bus stop (line 55). There are also many shops and facilities around.
The room is available from May 1st and the rent is 470$/month (facilites, electricity and internet included).
It would be a pleasure to meet you and let you visit the flat, don't hesitate to contact us.

Bonjour, j'étudie la biologie en France depuis maintenant 2 ans. Cette année je pars à Montréal dans le cadre d'un échange pour continuer mes études (même si ma décision d'aller à Montréal est principalement du au haut niveau d'ultimate Frisbee qui peut y être pratiqué ;)). J'aime donc principalement le sport et la nature. Le plus important je cherche un appartement à partir du 30 août jusqu'en juin 2202.
