The vacant bedroom is in a beautifully renovated true 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom apartment in the heart of Prospect Heights. The vacant room easily fits a full size bed, desk and dresser.
The apartment was just finished this summer, and we were the first group to live in it. There is tons of natural light in every room, the kitchen has brand new appliances with a dishwasher, and the common area is huge with an open kitchen and brand new furniture. The two other roommates are mid-twenties young professional males with steady jobs in Midtown Manhattan.
The apartment is under a 10 minute walk to Prospect Park, Barclay's Center and under 5 minutes to 5th ave in Park Slope.
The 2/3 trains stop at the end of the street (under 5 minutes). Also, the Barclays Center / Atlantic Avenue transportation hub is also within walking distance, which has B/D/N/Q/R and 4/5 lines, along with the LIRR.
