1 BR at Parker Hill Ave

I need someone to take over my lease beginning May 9 for this 1 BR in a 2 BR apartment with a converted living room. Room is about 10'x10.5' and comfortably fits a full sized bed and big study table. It also has the biggest closet in the apartment.

It is at the Mission Hill, Roxbury Crossing border, 4 minute walk to the 39 and 66 Bus Line and Green Line T station. It is about 10-15 minute walk to MCPHS arvardUniversity/HA, 15-20 minute walk to Northeastern/Wentworth. 8 minute walk to Brigham and Women Hospital and Dana Farber/Longwood Medical as well as Stop and Shop for groceries. The other roommates: one grad student from MCPHS and another grad student at Northeastern.

Street parking is available and so is private parking if you purchase it from the landlord. I believe it's $150 per month. Coin-op laundry available in basement. The building is very secure, we have a CCTV out in the entrance, and the landlords are very good at addressing tenant concerns. Rent is $775 per month, shared utilities (internet and electricity) from $15-$30 per month. Garbage, heat and water paid by landlord. There is a $587.50 fee to place your name on the lease plus deposit due.

Ideally I would like to relinquish the lease to someone who is also willing to purchase my furniture.
