1 bedroom in 3-bedroom Greenpoint Duplex

Hey! One of our roommates is moving out and we are looking to fill this room in our Greenpoint duplex beginning Dec 1st for a 9 month lease.

Ideal candidate: 9-5 job between 25 and 30 years old. Fun but responsible.
This is a great apartment, however it is small (the joys of NYC), so we need someone who can be considerate of a shared space and keep it clean :) We are in a great location surrounded by tons of bars and restaurants. Walking distance to Trasnmitter and McCarren park.

Transportation is very accessible: G, L, and B62/B43 bus, and East River Ferry. The apartment has a private entrance on the ground floor of our building, and is newly renovated with a dishwasher, washer, dryer, ice machine, and central heating/air.

Rent is $1150 plus electric, internet, and gas (about $80). Our landlord will require a credit check, and first and last month's rent upfront.

Us: Leah (25) actress/waitress and Julie (28) public health professional. We are both away on the weekends often, but when we are free we like to go out for drinks, see movies, live music, and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood.
