Shared Occupancy looking for 1 more roommate. I have 1 room available:
bedroom furnished (10 ft. x 10.5 ft.) for $750/month. The room comes furnished with a queen size bed, a full size shelf and has a full closet. The room has windows with adjustable wooden blinds.
In the room there is one window opens so this way fresh air is always plentiful :) the windows in the room face west so you can see sunset every night.
Price includes utilities(water, electricity, gas), and internet at the residence.

All that I ask to share a two-storey apartment is for the roommate to be neat, clean and respectful.

Great For Young Professionals and/or University Students (York University, U of T, Ryerson, George Brown, Humber, etc)

The town home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath and was built 7 years ago and has Internet included.. Common areas include kitchen, dinning room area and living room (1st floor), 2 balconies(small one on 1st floor, big one on 2nd floor), living room/office area with 2 desks(2nd floor), washer/dryer(at home), washroom is shared by only one other roommate. The town home is located steps away from Keele St. and Wilson Ave and/or Keele St. and Hwy 401... 5minute ride on one bus to the subway (Wilson station), 30minute bus/subway ride to downtown... 10-15minute bus ride to York University....1 minute walk to Wilson Ave. bus stop. Just steps away from a 24 hour Metro(groceries), Shoppers Drug Mart, 3 banks(TD Canada Trust, CIBC, Royal Bank), 2 gas stations, convenience stores, post office, walk-in clinic, Wynn fitness gym, Tim Hortons, Swiss Chalet, Burger King and much more. A brand new hospital is being built less than 1 km away from home. Smokers aloud. No pets. No children.

Currently there are 3 roommates (2male,1female) living in the house. Availability for new roommate to move in as of December 1st, 2015.
Hello, my name is Alex and I am the roommate that owns the apartment. I am a 33 year old male, young professional of Italian decent who loves to cook, design, make art, play music :)... I am very clean, honest, nice, and enjoys a good laugh. I have the occasional glass of wine, especial after a hard day or just to celebrate life :) The other roommate is a 23 year old female student at George Brown. She is very friendly and independent. The roommate that is leaving is getting married in December so he is moving to the USA because his wife is from there. We are all very personable, honest and kind. Charlie will be here until the end of November.

Since chemistry and cleanliness are important to all roommates you will definitely get to meet me in advance when you come check out the place or via a skype house tour. All roommates pitch in and clean the place together, one person dusts, one vacuums and the other mops the floors... we rotate the responsibilities so no gets bored of doing the same thing every week and we always have a super clean place. The place is fully furnished. The 15 previous roommates, 9 guys and 6 women, really great experiences :)

Also we have an elliptical machine, yoga mates, yoga balls, tension bands, some weights and 3 mountain bikes accessible for all 3 roommates that you can use if you want at home too.

No pool on location... my home is a town home in a cul de sac... there is pool at the local community centre
