1 bedroom for 1 year lease - Upper East Side - $1300

Looking to fill a room on the Upper East Side (83 between 2nd and 3rd) for a SEPT 1 move in date - 1 floor walk-up, new kitchen, great living space, near the subway (4-5-6 and soon to be Q line) and less than 10 minutes walking distance from Central Park! Also Fairway and Whole Foods nearby, as well as an Insomnia Cookies for the most gourmet of us…! We are 2 French people (3bdr apt) and looking for a third one (American) to sign the lease with us to avoid paying 5 months’ worth of rent (we are here on Trainee visas). Lease is for 1 year, starting on September 1st as mentioned above.

The bedroom has exposed brick and a big window facing a quiet courtyard. It is non-furnished, but can fit up to a full size bed. (see pictures above) There's no closet in the room but has a shared extra-large closet right down the hall.

The room is available for a 1 year lease. Rent would $1300/month, and deposit would be one month worth of rent,
