1 bedroom available in two bedroom apartment!

Looking for single room mate, not a couple, to share a 2 bedroom apartment. I live in Somerville, MA near the Cambridge line in a cozy two bedroom which is the top floor apartment in a 3 floor house. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, small extra room we use for guests, storage/laundry in basement, and awesome private third floor back deck. Our private third floor deck is on the rear of the house that is surrounded by trees, so you feel like you're out in a forest, instead of living in the city. It's our own little paradise, a quiet place to relax after work, where you can enjoy food and drinks with friends with views of Boston! (I will post photos of the bedroom later today)

The bedroom comes unfurnished. Our rent is $800 a month each plus utilities that usually range around $100 a month, we pay for internet, gas and electric. To move in you would need first month's rent and a security deposit, total of $1600. We do not have off street parking, so you would need to become a Somerville resident in order to obtain a parking sticker. My apartment is one mile from the Central, Harvard T or Kendall stop off the Redline and about a 1/2 mile from Union Square in Somerville. Located right off of Beacon Street in Somerville. It's only a short walk from our apartment to nearby grocery stores, local restaurants, night clubs with live music and public transportation.

I am a 30 year old single female who works full-time in the health care field, and currently pursuing my masters degree. When I am not busy I enjoy spending time snowboarding, hanging out with my friends, and seeing live music. No pets allowed. I like to keep a clean, comfortable home, I would expect the same from my roommate and for them to be able to pay bills/rent on time. Please let me know if you're interested.
