1 Bedroom Available in a 3 Bedroom Apartment (Furnished)

I’m moving out of NY and am looking for someone to sublet my room in a 3 bedroom apartment in East Harlem starting July 1st. The shared living room is spacious with access to a balcony (great for watching the sunset). The room is furnished and laundry facilities are available on the 1st floor. The two roommates who are living here are both working women in their mid-twenties, one of whom has 2 very friendly cats. The building is located close to the 4/5/6 line, the Metro North, and the M60 bus to La Guardia, and is about 30 minutes from midtown. Rent for the room is $938 per month and covers all utilities except internet/cable, which is split among the roommates and is about $40/month each. The lease doesn’t renew until May 2018, so a long term sublease (or signing onto the lease) is preferred.
